Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please email us at support@saffartravel.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@saffartravel.com within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
